The German Federal Association for Sustainability (Bundesvereinigung Nachhaltigkeit e.V.) has today formed a consortium together with African Golden Food Ltd.<\/a><\/span><\/strong> (Ghana), Linnaeus Kompetenzzentrum Hanf gGmbH<\/a><\/span><\/strong> and Revita Hanfkontor GmbH<\/a><\/span><\/strong>. The aim is to develop innovative projects for food security, the ecological restoration of contaminated soil and circular value chains. A milestone is the opening of a German office of African Golden Food Ltd. in Berlin, which will serve as a strategic base for cooperation and project development.<\/p>\n

The consortium will focus on:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Smart Circular Agro-Food System Initiative<\/strong>
    \nSupporting African Golden Food Ltd. in developing a holistic model to enhance food security, rural development, and sustainable agriculture in Ghana, based on the secured 40,000 hectares for a 50-year lease.<\/li>\n
  2. Restoring Contaminated Soils through Hemp Cultivation<\/strong>
    \nDeveloping a systemic, science-based, and inclusive project on phytoremediation using industrial hemp to rehabilitate degraded lands, reduce pollution, and build resilient livelihoods.<\/li>\n
  3. Hemp Value Chains for the Space Industry<\/strong>
    \nCreating industrial hemp\u2013based prefabricated materials for applications in the aerospace and space industries, with Revita Hanfkontor GmbH as the designated point of sale for the German market.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The German Federal Association for Sustainability ensures alignment with sustainability standards, policy frameworks, and international advocacy, while supporting project development and networking.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
