On April 1st, 2016, GFAS started the project “INEBB | Integration of Sustainable Development in Vocational Training” which is public funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF) via the Federal Institute for Vocational Education and Training (BIBB) as its projects execution organization. At a total cost of 500,000 EUR the BMBF funding is nearly 400,000 EUR with a term of 3 years.

The objective of this pilot project is to develop an advanced training offer including curriculum and CCI certification. Target group of the project is training staff in occupational vocational training (entrepreneurs/business owners, human resources managers, training officers) in the model region of Saxony-Anhalt in the trade sectors of foreign trade, wholesale and retail.

In addition, trainees in the companies benefit by the development of exemplary learning modules, making sustainable development significantly in the specific career field which can be used for operational practice.

For the project, 2 part-time jobs were created.
